We built a haven for everyone to come and learn NetSuite. We understand that you may not know everything about NetSuite before making a good use of it, you probably need just the commonly known ones. It's one of the reasons why we are passionate about collecting the best tips and tricks here so you can come back to reference them on the fly. We want you to ask questions and share what works. We are believers that a tool is useful only when users know how to use it, this is why we are heavy in documentation and sharing how others succeed in the same exact problem that you may have.

There is not a week that goes by where we don't see NetSuite. It has become a verb in our dictionary.

We are NetSuite Administrators (and users). Over the years we have bump into countless situations, asked numerous questions, read tons of articles, and did a lot of tests. That, times thousands of other people's. It's not just we say so.

Q: What is SEND QUESTIONS? What does it do?
A: Use this button when you have a NetSuite related question that you can't find answer to and we will do our magic to answer. There is a chance that we will share your QA with the rest of the world.

Q: Is this free?
A: Sending questions is always free. However, we do offer exclusive contents on a membership basis as well.

Q: What are the differences between all the labels in posts?
A: We use the labels to organize the information, you can then filter posts by label under the menu icon (the hamburger near the top of the posts window). Here are the meanings:
Business Acumen = processes for conducting business.
Cost Saving = awesome shortcuts to increase your return on investment.
Did you Know = something interesting for everyone, maybe even to an experienced admin.
New to NetSuite = intend for readers that comes in from scratch, may or may not have NetSuite implemented.
Saved Search Build = reference to some of the best searches we've discovered out there.
SuiteScript = all about custom codes relating to JavaScript.
Tax = things related to sales or use tax.
Tips & Tricks = something that is already there to be used by all users, no need to build it.
User Licenses = mostly related to login provisioning.

Q: What is your lead time?
A: We pick up work as they come in. We cannot promise a timeline of when we can get to your stuff. That said, we invite you to always search the posts first, there is no lead time for that.
